My dog was attacked my another dog and had to be taken to the vets. This all happened late on a Saturday. They were about to close but stay open for me, Dr. Matt and his staff were so kind and gentle with her. They had to do surgery on her leg, and had called me to let me know how she was.. My entire experience with the staff has been the best. I couldn't have asked for kind, professional, and just plan great people.
When my English bully was a pup 2 other vets had no clue how to stop her hair loss, Dr Schmunk walked in the room, smelled her ears and took a skin scrape and with in 3 mins had a plan of action ready. She has all her hair and is a happy Dog (now 4) and she will be a forever patient of North Davidson Vet
The one minor drawback is a wait time. Why? Because they take their time with each patient, ever so precisely, while explaining every single detail to you along the way! Quality over quantity! But when I check out, I often wonder how they do it? Obviously the veterinarians at N. Davidson did not choose this career path for fame and fortune like most....they followed their ❤️'S!
My kitten got an eye infection and I took him here and they looked at it for a second said it was an infection gave him creme and said it should be better in 14 days and said I had nothing to worry about. Here I am paying for a surgery to get his eye removed when come to find out they didnt treat him properly for an infection (coming from the 2 vets that looked over the eye that ruptured last night) and didnt take the time to do a full exam of his eye because they didnt think it was necessary. Ill never go back.
Found two missing dogs today - called the office and they had the owners on the line in 5 minutes. Thanks for helping keeping these babies off of the streets. Awesome job Ashley!!!
North Davidson Veterinary Hospital is a blessing! It's a 30 minute drive for me but I would drive an hour or more to get the dedication, love, respect, honesty, loyalty, compassion, sincerity, hard work, and knowledge that every single one of the vets have at North Davidson! I have had animals all of my life, and therefore been to vets as well. However I was absolutely amazed the first time I took my dogs to N. Davidson, because the difference was like night and day!
